 9. Does the company offering you this franchise have a reputation for honesty and
  fair dealing among its franchisees?

 10. Has the franchisor shown you any certified figures indicating exact net prof its
  of one or more of its members, and have you personally checked the figures
  with these people?

 11. Will the franchisor assist you with: a) A management training program; b) An
  employee training program; c) A public relations and advertising program;
  d) Capital; e) Credit; f) Merchandising ideas?

 12. If needed, will the franchisor assist you in finding a suitable location?

 13. Is the franchising firm adequately financed so that it can carry out its stated
  plans?

 14. Does the franchisor have experienced management, trained in-depth?

 15. Exactly what can the franchisor do for you that you cannot do for yourself?

 16. Has the franchisor investigated you carefully enough to assure itself that you
  can successfully operate at a profit to both of you?

 17. Does your state have a law regulating the sale of franchises, and has the
  franchisor complied with that law to your satisfaction?

 18. How much equity capital will you need to purchase the franchise and operate
  it until your income equals your expenses?

 If you can get the answers to each of these questions, and those answers satisfy you, then you're probably thinking about buying a pretty good franchise deal. However, if you're in doubt about any of these points, be sure to check it out and know the answers for certain before you invest or sign anything.

1/4 cup lime juice

3 Tbls. olive oil OR vegetable oil - divided

4 cloves garlic - crushed

3 tsp. soy sauce - divided

1 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. liquid smoke

1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1 lb. boned, skinned chicken breasts OR skirt steak

2 Tbls. water

1/2 tsp. lime juice

1 dash salt

1 dash black pepper

1 lrg. Spanish onion - sliced thin

1/2 med. green bell pepper - seeded, sliced thin

1/2 med. red bell pepper - seeded, sliced thin

1/2 med. yellow bell pepper - seeded, sliced thin

Combine 1/4 cup lime juice, 2 Tbls. oil, garlic, 2 tsp. soy sauce, 1 tsp. salt, liquid smoke, cayenne

pepper, and 1/4 tsp. black pepper in a sealable plastic container, add chicken/steak to container,

cover, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight (preferred).

Combine water, 1 tsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. lime juice, and a dash of salt and pepper; set aside.

Grill meat over a medium-high flame for 4-5 minutes per side, or until cooked through.

Cut meat into thin strips; set aside and keep warm.

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook onion and peppers in remaining 1 Tbls. oil until

brown; remove from heat; pour reserved liquid mixture over onions and peppers.

Toss together meat, onions, and peppers.

Serve with warm tortillas, pico de gallo, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole

5 ; boneless 5 oz. chicken breasts

5 eggs

3 oz. Romano cheese

1 teaspoon dried parsley

1 cup flour

pinch of white pepper

1 cup chicken stock

1/2 pound butter

juice from 2 lemons

1 1/2 cups oil (10% olive oil, 90% vegetable oil) lemon slices and

chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

Pound chicken breasts flat and cut in half. Set aside.

Scramble eggs in mixing bowl. Add Romano cheese, parsley, and white

pepper. Blend and set aside.

Put flour in a large shallow bowl.

In a skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Check temperature by

dipping a corner of a chicken piece in oil.

If it boils slowly, oil is ready.

Coat both sides of a piece of chicken with flour. Dip chicken in

egg mixture, making sure all flour is covered with egg. Let excess

egg drip off, then place chicken in hot oil. Repeat with 4 more

pieces. Fry each side of chicken until a light blond color. Remove

from oil to a serving plate ; keep warm.

Repeat with other chicken pieces.

Bring chicken stock to a light boil. Add butter, stirring

continuously, until melted. Add lemon juice and cook for 1 minute

while stirring continuously.

Pour sauce over chicken and garnish with lemon slices and chopped

fresh parsley.

- 6 plum size tomatoes chopped
- 2 large zucchini sliced
- 2 small onion chopped
- 3 cloves pressed garlic
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flake
- 1 tsp basil
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 6-oz can tomato paste
- salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients, except tomato paste, in slow cooker. Pour the tomato paste on top and cover. Cooking time: 3-4 hours on high or 8-10 hours on low. You can serve it on brown rice or pasta rice.

The certain truth is, the money will only come in when the consumers and subscribers believe and trust in you. They want a product or service that could be a good exchange for their money. People are not going to buy something out of your recommendation if they don’t know you.

2) Find a product or service that people call for and need. Although it may not be your forte, if you provide a service and product that you have researched and learned about well, you'll be able to carry it on forward. Though it is true that it is best to sell something that you have interest in, there are not many people who have the same interest as you if you decide to sell something that is not entirely popular or profitable. 3) Make friends with other opt-in list users. This is basically beneficial especially if it is someone who has already launched a successful opt-in list. These are people that have the experience in this venture and experience is still the best teacher. While there are many articles available for you in the internet to use, there is nothing like getting a first hand account from someone you trust.

Experienced opt-in list users will be able to tell you what to do and what not to do because they have gone through it. While different situations occur for different people, the general concept can still be very helpful. There are many things to avoid and these people will be able to tell you which ones.
